At BIT MILANO the relaunch of the sector is about sharing know-how

This year's schedule of events and conferences will be richer and more focused than ever, with numerous presentations of data and reports and insights into the trends of the highest interest for the coming years.

Orienting, understanding, acquiring new know-how is now more important than ever. This is why the next edition of BIT will be giving even more relevance to the conference component, with an unparalleled schedule highly focused on innovative issues.

The BIT FORUM 2021, under the motto Create - Innovate - Communicate, will be divided into four thematic areas. BITOUTOFTHEBOX will be dedicated to visions, topical issues and ongoing changes, while BITTALKS will host round tables, talk-shows and presentations of data and reports.

BITLAB will be the toolbox to provide operators with practical instruments to face current challenges and BIT TRAVEL INSPIRATION will present destinations in an experiential key to respond to the new demands of travellers. As always, the themes will be supported byItalian and international best practices.

Among the new strategies, we will talk about how to enhance the digital transformation according to even more innovative paradigms but also about new business models focused on product remodulation and new travel consumption trends. Special insights will be dedicated to the relaunch of cruises and transports. For Italian products, the presence of all the supply chains at BIT can become an opportunity to build a more shared strategy on urgent issues such as excellence, attention to service, customer care and management. In this context, the results of a survey involving managers, owners and managers of Italian accommodation facilities of various sizes will also be presented.

Interest on food and wine tourism and territory tourism will run high. The focus will be on sustainability and green ideas, as well as on wine tourism, the relationship between food, wine and local identities of territories, linking to art, history and culture, the rediscovery of villages and alternative routes, with a focus on UNESCO sites and collaboration networks
